ITALIAN SPECIALTIES, FRESH PASTA AND LOCAL PRODUCE

Alimentari at Mothers and Sons stems from the creative mind of Josh DeCarolis, acclaimed chef of Mothers and Sons and Co-Owner of Alimentari at Left Bank in Raleigh. We are offering a farm-fresh menu of Italian specialties, house made sauces and fresh pasta by the pound.  In addition to our Italian specialties, we are offering an assortment of cheese, cured meats, local farm fresh produce and miscellaneous groceries. Our menu is rounded out with a take and bake option designed for a meal with family and friends.

Thank you for your support during the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are thrilled to open our doors for take-home and curbside pickup options.  Our hope it to provide a little taste of comfort during these hard to navigate times. Please see our order options below.

  • Lasagnsa Verde with Pork & Beef Ragu with Mornay Sauce - $24 Feeds 2-3 (comes with Foccacia) 

  • Chicken Alfredo With Pasta and Broccolini (Take and Bake) $12 - serves 2 

  • Porchetta served with Roasted Potatoes and Kale - $40 - serves 2-3

MADE FROM SCRATCH PASTA

We have an assortment of house-made and hand-rolled portions of pasta, sauces, and cured meats. Check-in daily for our take and bake options.

FRESH PRODUCE AND SALADS

All produce is grown locally and only the best goes into our antipasti's. Our options include but are not limited to fresh marinated vegetables, mixed greens, pasta salad, stuffed cherry peppers and more.
